Items that will be granted to the one invited Rider plus two crew members	Items that the participants should cover and arrange
Horses Flight Transportation from/to a city in Europe TBC to AlUla for 1 horse . 3 Nights accommodation in AlUla (shared rooms) 3 Meals a day in AlUla for 3 days Horses Airport Transportation in AlUla, to/ from the stables in the Equestrian Village site. Horses Upkeeping of the horses in the Equestrian Village stables (water, feed, hay and shavings).	Round trip international flight to Saudi Arabia Round trip domestic flights to AlUla Transportation in AlUla and during transit stay if any. 4×4 Vehicles to access crew points on the endurance track. Any supplements, special feed, and necessary equipment for the endurance cup. Any additional requirements not stated in this letter.
